Entry Level Sales Field Representative – Roofing and Construction

We are seeking a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Entry Level Field Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and promoting our roofing and construction services by canvassing neighborhoods and identifying potential customers. Key Responsibilities

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods as well as work with your own network to introduce homeowners to our roofing and construction services.
• Engage with potential customers, provide basic information, and schedule follow-up appointments for our sales team.
• Distribute marketing materials and flyers to generate leads.
• Track and report leads and interactions daily.
• Build rapport with homeowners and maintain a positive, professional image of the company.
• Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Attend regular team meetings and training sessions.

• Strong work ethic and self-motivation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to walk, stand, and work outdoors for extended periods.
• Willingness to learn about the roofing and construction industry.
• Ability to handle rejection and stay positive.
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer service is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
