Role Description:
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Allen, TX. As a Sales Executive at Classic Country Land, you’ll enjoy flexible hours and the opportunity to shape your own success. This role has the potential to generate anywhere from $150,000 to $500,000, depending on how much effort, creativity and innovative thinking you put into it.
You’ll be responsible for generating your own leads, answering customer inquiries, and managing the entire sales process. Producing your own leads relies heavily on your marketing capabilities, so your ability to promote and attract customers is crucial. Think of this role as running your own business with the support of our extensive inventory and decades of experience. Much like a real estate agent working under a broker, your success will largely depend on your ability to market effectively, build relationships, and continuously grow your leads and sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Craigslist, mailers, and eBay to generate leads
- Present, promote, and close land sales with prospective customers through effective communication and relationship-building.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within agreed timelines.
- Handle post-sale inquiries related to property location and boundaries

Compensation & Commission:
- Commission is 10% of sales price with an additional bonus on your first 10 sales

Salary : $150,000 - $500,000
