Service Parts Coordinator Needed for FTW based Truck & Trailer Repair facility.

Applicant will have the following :

  • Fabulous Customer Service is #1
  • Computer Knowledge / Outlook a must
  • Automotive / Truck Parts needed
  • Organizational & Multi-taking Skills needed
  • Valid Driver’s License & Good Driving Record

Job Responsibilities include (but not limited to) the following :

Parts Coordinator = All things parts!

  • Order, receive & label parts for all jobs.
  • Accurately update all parts on repair orders and make sure pricing is correct.
  • Return any unused parts to vendors for credit in a timely manner.
  • Assist with bulk stock ordering and maintaining the best pricing.
  • Structure & organize staging shelves in a clean, orderly manner at all times.
  • Providing pricing for job quotes.
  • Able to pick up parts @ vendors on an as-needed basis.

    • EOE / Monday - Friday / Full-Time / 8am to 5pm
