We are currently seeking dedicated and experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis in the East Lake County Area.

Position Summary:
As a PRN Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring they receive the highest level of care. You will assist in patient assessments, administer treatments, and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team to promote the health and well-being of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with comprehensive patient assessments
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Provide wound care, catheter care, and other specialized nursing services
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and promoting wellness
• Monitor and document patient progress, updating care plans as needed
• Communicate effectively with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license in the state of Florida
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in home health or a related field
• Strong clinical skills and ability to make sound decisions in patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the South Pinellas area
• CPR certification required
