Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida
- Strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Kinnser / Wellsky EMR system
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care in home health settings, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Perform catheterization, IV insertion, and tube feeding as required.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and document patient progress.
- Administer basic life support and manage airway as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
