Objective: As a Customer Service Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers and the customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive support to the customer service team via phone or email
• Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
• Prepare detailed documents and reports as needed
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer database information
• Enhance overall customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution
• Ensure prompt and suitable actions are taken to resolve customer concerns
• Manage customer accounts and records of interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, or comments
• Leverage product knowledge and expertise to provide informed responses or forward complex issues to relevant staff members
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Minimum Qualifications/Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong service orientation and ability to resolve customer inquiries
• Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• CRM experience, preferably with NetSuite
