Responsibilities

Engage with clients to comprehend their requirements.

Develop innovative and considerate proposals to meet clients' needs.

Solve intricate customer queries with creative solutions that meet their budget.

Maintain regular communication with the client throughout the sales cycle and serve as a valuable resource for them.

Design, plan, schedule, and oversee advanced construction projects.

Create and showcase attractive, sustainable outdoor environments.

Demonstrate responsibility, creativity, and high-quality work to junior team members.

Tasked with securing and implementing 25 to 30 projects annually.

Qualifications

3 years of experience in landscape design with a robust portfolio.

Proven record of securing and implementing 15 projects annually.

Ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.

Expertise in understanding and delivering on customers' visions.

Proficiency in landscape CAD design (experience with PRO Landscape or Land FX is a plus).

Strong knowledge of design principles and a commitment to ongoing education.

Experience with local horticulture, landscape materials, and construction techniques.

Valid Washington driver's license and a clean driving record.
