About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced bilingual Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The bilingual Outside Sales Rep. will play a crucial role in driving sales growth for our metal products in the West Palm Beach area . This position requires a proactive approach to identify and engage potential clients, build strong relationships, and effectively communicate the value of our offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with company goals while ensuring customer satisfaction. By leveraging bilingual skills, the representative will cater to a diverse clientele, enhancing our market reach and fostering inclusivity. Ultimately, this role is pivotal in contributing to the overall success and profitability of the organization
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
- Travel: Conduct regular visits to clients and prospects along Central Florida and the Northeast Coast to showcase our products and services.
- Customer Service: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the metal or manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong understanding of metal manufacturing products and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet sales targets.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
