About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Sales Rep. / Inside Sales Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Opa-Locka branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and providing exceptional customer service in both English and Spanish. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the benefits and features of our products.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in the CRM system.
  • Travel: Travel to client sites as needed to build and maintain relationships and attend industry events and trade shows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5 years of outside sales experience, preferably in the metal or manufacturing industry.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
