Job Summary:
Classic Metals Suppliers is seeking an experienced, bilingual (English and Spanish), highly motivated, and results-driven Branch Manager Assistant to support the Branch Manager in overseeing daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the metal manufacturing industry and will assist in managing staff, optimizing processes, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Support: Provide assistance to the Branch Manager in supervising daily branch operations, encompassing inventory management, logistics, and quality control.
Sales Support: Help develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets. Assist in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with key clients.
Team Coordination: Support the recruitment, training, and management of branch staff. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
Customer Service: Assist in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Compliance and Safety: Help ensure branch operations comply with industry regulations and safety standards. Support the implementation and enforcement of safety protocols.
Qualifications:
