Duties and Responsibilities:
Some of your key duties as an Industrial Film Operator will include loading rolls of raw material, unloading rolls of laminated materials, ensuring proper techniques and procedures are followed, maintaining quality while running the laminator at optimal speeds, and verifying materials according to work orders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, take measurements in standard and metric units, learn new skills and apply them across different applications, and stand for extended periods (excluding breaks). A positive attitude with teamwork mentality and focus on quality is essential.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of $16.00 - $18.00 per hour, plus a shift differential pay. Our benefits package includes health insurance, dental insurance, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan. You will also receive paid vacation time.
