Classic Party & Equipment Rentals is a family owned and operated rental business. We have been serving the rental needs of our customers in Eastern NC and VA for fifteen years and pride ourselves in the individual attention that we give each event.
Apply for an immediate opening for a Full Time Delivery Supervisor. We are seeking an applicant that offers excellent customer service in all aspects of the job while being a good crew leader. This position will supervise a crew of 2-4 employees. No experience is required training provided for the right candidate with a positive attitude that is motivated to learn. Company uniform is provided.
- Communicate effectively with all employees and customers while maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Ability to read and understand instructions given both verbally and in writing, while completing paperwork per company policy.
- Report to work on all days scheduled before designated start time and ensure assistants do the same.
- Supervise that all equipment is counted, checked in and out, maintained, loaded and unloaded for each job. Must be able to lift 75 lbs. consistently and safely.
- In depth training will be provided for all installation procedures for tents, inflatables, stages, dance floors and other items.
- Ability to retain knowledge of all company policies, procedures and inventory.
- Maintain the company’s high standard of rental equipment through cleaning and maintenance and attention to detail.
- Valid Driver’s License with safe driving practices required.
- Ability to pull enclosed trailer and back up truck and trailer.
- Experience driving and navigating roads throughout Eastern NC and VA required.
- Construction or Carpentry experience a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
