**ERP PRODUCT SPECIALIST (Sage 100)**
Hours: (100% Onsite) Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm Status: Fulltime / Hourly / Non-Exempt
Ideal Candidate: Will play a critical role in the success of migration to and ongoing day-to-day functions within Sage 100. They will take on the role of subject matter expert, working closely with internal teams as well as third party vendors on system function use and development, solutions planning, documentation and training.
Experience Requirements:
· 2 years of in-depth advanced experience with the following Sage 100 modules is required;
- Sales Order and Return Merchandise Authorization
- Purchase Order, Inventory Planning and Inventory Management
- Bill of Materials and Production Management
- Experience with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Sage 100 modules is preferred
· Moderate to advanced experience in Office 2016 and Office 365 products, including Word and Excel is required
· Sage 100 integration knowledge with our third party solutions is preferred:
- Avalara
- EndPoint (formerly Scanco)
- InSynch
- Nuvei (formerly Paya)
- RateLinx
· Strong analytical and communication skills; as well as the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders is required
· Team player that excels in a fast-paced working environment is required
· Experience with system solutions planning across corporate departments and functions is required
Key Responsibilities: The ERP Specialist has three primary functions:
1. System and Process solution creation and documentation with the internal teams (Accounting, Procurement, Sales and Warehouse) both individually and as they function together where Sage 100 is involved
2. Maintaining our partnership with and acting as a liaison between CPP and our Sage 100 related partners
3. New hire and ongoing Sage 100 training for the internal teams
Within these functions, will among other responsibilities:
· Collaborate with teams to strategize, develop and implement standard operating procedure (SOPs) for functions related to Sage 100
· Collaborate with leadership to assess existing SOPs and make recommendations for streamlining and
increasing productivity
· Manage multiple Sage 100 related projects at a time
· Assess and report progress in cross-functional meetings
· Create/assist with creating training documentation pertaining to Sage 100 and Sage 100 related functions for both new hires and existing employees
Education and Training:
- Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
- Completed relevant training courses and obtained certification in ERP software, such as Sage 100.
Relevant Experience:
- Experience working with ERP systems in the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of success in customization, support and training of ERP systems.
