Seeking committed, qualified candidates that are responsible, punctual, customer oriented with great personalities that are excited to get back to work and Make Great Money in a fast paced high volume sports bar environment. Applicants must possess a passion for people, sense of pride while ensuring a positive guest experience. Minimum 4 years cocktailing/serving experience and must have solid knowledge of various beers, cocktails, and liquors. Aloha POS experience a plus. Must be 21 years of age or older.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a friendly, energetic, and professional Cocktail Server to join our team at Classic Q. As a Cocktail Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring they enjoy a memorable experience while watching their favorite games. Your role will involve serving beverages and food, engaging with customers, and maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service:
• Greet guests warmly, promptly, and professionally.
• Take beverage and food orders accurately and efficiently.
• Provide recommendations on menu items and drink specials.
• Ensure all orders are delivered in a timely manner and to the correct table.
• Beverage Service:
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly and in compliance with local laws.
• Be knowledgeable about the bar menu, including cocktails, beer, wine, and specials.
• Customer Engagement:
• Build rapport with guests and create a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
• Bar Support:
• Assist bartenders by restocking glassware, garnishes, and other bar supplies as needed.
• Keep the server station and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Teamwork:
• Collaborate with the bar staff, kitchen team, and fellow servers to ensure seamless service.
• Assist with clearing tables, resetting seating areas, and maintaining overall cleanliness.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Follow all health and safety guidelines, including food and beverage handling protocols.
• Check IDs to verify legal drinking age and practice responsible alcohol service.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a cocktail server, server, or similar role in a high-energy environment, preferably a sports bar.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, and other beverages.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy game nights or events.
• Must be 21 years or older (or as required by local laws for serving alcohol).
• Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Aloha point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Passion for sports and ability to engage guests in conversations about games or teams.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
