Cleaning Technician – Harrisburg, PA
Classic Rock Fabrication is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to keep our facility in top shape! This will be approximately 6.5 hours per day, Monday through Saturday with some flexibility in scheduling. The expected hours are around 11:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with a shorter shift on Saturday morning.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Clean all areas of the facility, including but not limited to offices, public spaces, restrooms, kitchen/lunchroom, hallways, foyers, etc.
- Perform routine cleaning of floors with an industrial scrubber, carpets, rugs, windows, walls, chairs, and tables based on the set cleaning schedule.
- Disinfect frequently touched surfaces, including desks, door handles, office tools, timekeeping kiosks, and phones.
- Monitor and maintain cleaning supply inventory, and notify the designated Manager when replenishment is needed.
- Remove debris and ensure cleanliness of sidewalk and dock areas.
- Empty and dispose of trash from bins throughout the facility.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Uphold Classic Rock’s Core Values in daily tasks.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Maintenance Technician and/or Management to support the Company’s vision and mission.
What We’re Looking For:
- No formal education or experience required—just a strong work ethic and attention to detail!
- Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions.
- Effective communication skills with colleagues.; must speak fluent English.
- Comfortable with regular physical activities to include stooping, crouching, reaching, standing, sitting, squatting, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, handling, and repetitive motions. (Maximum weight to be lifted is less than 50 pounds)
- Dependable and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Work Environment: Mostly indoors in a temperature-controlled setting, with occasional outdoor tasks.
Pay: $18 per hour
