Position Details:
Schedule: Monday through Friday, starting at 7:00 am until completion of the day's work. While we aim for 40-hour weeks, overtime is often available, and voluntary weekend work may arise.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with countertop installations.
- Support Lead Install Technicians/Master Install Technicians by furnishing tools, materials, and supplies.
- Maintain strict safety protocols and ensure job sites are clean and organized.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout installations.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the countertop industry or construction is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read and use a tape measure.
- Must hold a valid driver's license (higher pay for drivers) and be able to pass a PA DOT physical.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment operation.
- Physical stamina for lifting heavy materials and performing various tasks.
