What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receiver / Material Handler position at Classic Rock Fabrication?

Position Overview: As a Receiver, your responsibilities will include:
- Off-loading large, high-quality stone slabs from vendor trucks
- Labeling inventory and moving materials
- Entering data into the computer system
- Assisting with various warehouse tasks
Forklift experience is a plus! To ensure safety and make the job enjoyable, we provide lifting tools and mobile equipment.
Schedule:
- Typical workdays: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Overtime may be required, with occasional Saturday work in the future
About Us: We’re a fast-paced manufacturer and installer of granite, quartz, and solid surface countertops. We offer on-the-job training for a variety of machines and tools to help you grow with us.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay starts at $18 per hour and up, depending on experience

Qualifications:
- Experience in the countertop industry is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with tools and equipment maintenance
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials over 150 lbs
- Comfortable standing, squatting, lifting, and climbing ladders for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Team player who can also work independently
- Able to prioritize tasks and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to work extended hours as needed
