At Classic Touch, we do not have managers. We have "Leads". Managers sit in the office and tell people what to do. "Team Leads" lead by example and work alongside the team, boosting morale, driving results, and ensure we deliver an extraordinary experience to our customers every time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with product selection, payment processing, and the car wash procedure
- Educating customers about our monthly wash club plans
- Safely directing vehicles onto the conveyor
- Preparing cars before they enter the wash tunnel
- Adhering to our procedures for maintaining and cleaning the lot, landscape, car wash tunnel, and facility
- Delivering a first-class experience for our customers
- Assisting with routine maintenance and cleaning of all equipment
Team Lead Job Requirements:
- Punctual and reliable
- Capable of working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Willingness to get dirty from time to time
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Clean, neat, and professional appearance
- Must have a flexible work schedule (daytime, evening, and weekend shifts are required).
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
