Counterparts Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify and locate automotive parts based on customer needs
• Use computer databases and resources to find and order parts
• Recommend additional products or services to customers when appropriate
• Keep track of inventory levels and order new parts as needed

To be successful in this role, you will require strong communication skills, the ability to work effectively in a team environment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. You will also need to have a valid driver's license and be able to lift heavy parts.
