Job Summary :
The Service Advisor at Classic Toyota - Wilkesboro will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring efficient and effective operation of the service department. This individual will work closely with customers to understand their needs and concerns, while also coordinating with the technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs. This is a full-time position in North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, and is ideal for a motivated individual who has a passion for the auto industry.
Compensation & Benefits :
This is a full-time, salary position with a range of $60,000 to $100,000 per year. Compensation will be paid semi-monthly and will include a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and employee discounts on vehicle purchases, services, and parts.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and understand their concerns and repair needs
- Record all customer information, vehicle history, and notes in the service database
- Communicate with customers throughout the repair process on any updates, delays, or additional recommendations
- Evaluate vehicle issues and schedule repairs with the appropriate technician
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of all repairs within the estimated timeframe
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Monitor and report on service department performance and make recommendations for improvement
- Keep up-to-date on new products, services, and industry trends
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall dealership operations
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area
