Role Overview
As a Group Sales Specialist at Classic Vacations, you will play a key role in driving revenue by engaging with clients looking to book group travel (5 or more rooms) at our luxury hotel partners. Your responsibilities include converting leads into confirmed sales, negotiating contracts, and ensuring a seamless process for our clients. You’ll be a critical part of a high-energy, results-driven team, working directly with customers from initial inquiry through to contract execution.

Key Responsibilities

In alignment with Classic’s commitment to building a cohesive and high-performing team, your responsibilities will include :
- Sales Goals & KPIs : Meet and exceed established sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for group travel bookings.
- Lead Qualification & Conversion : Qualify and close inbound leads for group travel, primarily through phone and email communication.
- Proposal & Contract Management : Input group lead data into Group Manager, including proposal and contract preparation. Ensure all information is accurate and comprehensive.
- Negotiation & Customer Satisfaction : Actively negotiate with clients to ensure they are satisfied with the terms and services offered. Serve as the primary point of contact for all proposal / contract negotiations.
- Contract Execution : Facilitate the signing of contracts, ensuring timely receipt of deposits, and transfer completed files to the Group Coordinator once signed.
- Customer Correspondence : Maintain clear and proactive communication with clients from initial inquiry through contract finalization.
- Internal Collaboration : Work closely with the Group Supervisor and other team members to manage leads, updates, and expectations.
