The Lead Software Developer will play a key role in leading and mentoring a team of Software Developers on the IT team at Classical Conversations. This role is based in Southern Pines, NC with the expectation of on-site work.

- Deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs while maintaining 99.9% uptime
- Build and mentor a team that consistently delivers projects on time and within scope
- Create and maintain development standards that reduce technical debt and improve code quality
- Establish strong partnerships with business stakeholders and effectively translate their needs into technical solutions

Qualifications
- 7 years of software development experience required
- Front and back end experience required
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- JavaScript experience required
- Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of Southern Pines, NC
