Job Details
We understand that work-life balance is essential. Our staff work a unique schedule that follows the school calendar, which includes school holidays and breaks, allowing you to spend more time with family. During the summer, hours are fully flexible to allow work and life to be in balance.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating appointments.
- Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including voicemails, emails, and messages.
- Assist in organizing, updating, and maintaining company documentation, processes, and records.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of internal processes and tasks.
- Coordinate logistics for company events and workshops.
- Conduct research tasks, such as gathering data on new school district partnerships or compiling information for project proposals.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned
Work Schedule
- Full-time, Monday through Friday, typical business hours.
- No weekends or evenings required, ensuring predictable work-life balance.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience working with the mental health field preferred.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in computer skills including typing, Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Calendar), and ability to quickly learn new systems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to operate independently to complete goals
Technology Skill Requirements
Given our virtual clinic environment and remote work setup, staff must have proficiency in:
- General computer and internet use.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
- Google Workspace applications (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Familiarity with video conferencing platforms (Google Meet).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
