Job Description
- Collaborate with the solution team to customize Video Analytics (VA) and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions for clients.
- Partner with the sales team to define solution architecture, select vendors, create implementation strategies, estimate costs, and draft RFI / RFQ / RFP responses.
- Lead project delivery teams to achieve revenue and profit objectives for key accounts.
- Maintain effective business relations with customers and manage problem reporting, escalation, and resolution.
- Handle issue and risk management, as well as customer change requests, evaluating impacts on service, timeline, and costs.
- Oversee project timelines and budgets, ensuring control of costs to maximize revenue and margin.
- Develop strong partnerships with key vendors and contractors to fulfill client needs.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders to meet current and anticipate future customer requirements.
