One of our clients, a highly regarded law firm in Dallas, TX, wants to hire a transactional attorney to join its public finance practice. This is an outstanding opportunity for a transactional attorney looking to transition into public finance while maintaining a work-life balance. The firm will consider transactional attorneys with experience in corporate finance, real estate, tax, banking, financial transactions, and other transactional practice areas. Prior experience in public finance is not required—the firm will provide comprehensive training and mentorship.
The chosen attorney will focus on local government and public finance law, including creating and administrating MUDs and special purpose districts throughout Texas, particularly in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. The attorney will represent municipal utility districts (MUDs) and special purpose districts as general and/or bond counsel, advising on public infrastructure financing, development, and operations for major projects.
Must be licensed in Texas with prior law firm experience.
