What are the responsibilities and job description for the Orthodontic Office Front Desk Coordinator / Scheduling / Customer Service position at Clauss Orthodontics?
Looking for a change? Join Our Clauss Orthodontics Team!
Are you the kind of person who brightens up a room just by walking in? Do you have a smile that could rival the sun? If so, you might just be the perfect fit for our orthodontic family!
We're on the lookout for a stellar individual to join us at the front desk of our orthodontic office. But hey, don't worry if you haven't memorized every tooth in the human mouth just yet – we're more interested in finding someone with a heart as warm as a freshly baked cookie and a personality that could charm the braces off anyone!
Here's the scoop on what we're looking for:
- A People-Person Extraordinaire: If striking up conversations with strangers feels like second nature to you, then you're already halfway there! We want someone who can make our patients feel like they're catching up with an old friend every time they walk through our door.
- A Smile That Could Light Up a Room: We're serious about smiles around here – after all, we're in the business of making them brighter! Your megawatt grin should be ready to greet everyone who walks through our doors, whether they're coming in for a routine check-up or a major adjustment.
- A Willingness to Learn the Ropes: While a background in orthodontics would be cool, it's not a deal-breaker. We're more concerned with finding someone who's eager to learn the ins and outs of keeping our office running smoothly. From scheduling appointments to handling paperwork, we'll be there every step of the way to help you become a logistical wizard!
- A Dash of Whimsy: Life's too short to be serious all the time, right? We're all about injecting a little bit of fun into everything we do, whether it's themed dress-up days or games between staff members to start the day. If you're not afraid to let your whimsical side shine from time to time, then you'll fit right in with our crew!
