Responsibilities
- Greet clients and their pets warmly, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, pet care, and clinic policies.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all information is up-to-date.
- Process payments and handle medical collection tasks as needed.
- Assist with basic animal husbandry tasks when required.
- Provide clients with information on pet health, nutrition, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure seamless communication regarding patient needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting or animal care environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of veterinary terminology, animal anatomy, and basic medical procedures is highly beneficial.
