Meadowbrook Terrace - LPN – Per Diem Various Float as Needed – Req#7541
Pay Range $22.75-$28.20*
Plans and implements the medication management and coordinates nursing care of residents within the assisted living setting with the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the residents between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by PCA/HHAs and supportive staff members. Participates in resident and family teaching. Maintains role as resident advocate with a focus on the facility’s mission. Please see our requirements below.
Qualifications:

Current New York State Licensed Professional Nurse.

Current BCLS Certification.

Must be able to work weekends and holidays

Must be able to work 12-hour shifts

Must be able to commit at least one weekend per month, one winter and one summer holiday

Able to cover shifts the day of highly preferred

Specifically looking for overnight (6:30p-6:30a) availability
