CHMC-Med Surg-Graduate Practical Nurse – Full Time- Day Shifts- 7:00a-7:00p– Req #8316

Pay Range: $24.66*

The LPN performs tasks and responsibilities within the framework of case finding, health teaching, health counseling, and provision of supportive and restorative care under the direction of a registered professional nurse, licensed physician, or other select licensed authorized health care provider. The LPN ensures compassionate, engaged care meets or exceeds quality standards. Care is provided in efficient and safe manner consistent with CHMC standards. A LPN works under the direct supervision of an RN.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an LPN program.

• Submittal of application for Licensure and Limited Permit.

• Paid required fees.

• Valid New York State LPN License within one year of receiving limited permit.

• BLS certification

Requirements: Bending, lifting, standing & walking

• The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
