CAH-Obstetrics – Graduate Nurse –Full-Time– Req 8075
Pay: $37.72*
A Graduate Nurse in the Obstetrics Department Provides direct patient care in the maternity and newborn care setting. Communicates with physicians about changes in patient's clinical condition including: fetal monitoring, results of diagnostic studies and symptomatology. Able to respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment. Additionally, is able to perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision. Participates in performance improvement activities.
Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing. Submittal of application for Licensure and Limited Permit. Paid required fees. Valid New York State RN License within one year of receiving limited permit. BLS certification LPN/EMS experience preferred and/or known desire to start and commit to Obstetrics Department.
