OVERVIEW :

Our Receptionists act as a liaison between the providers and veterans by working directly with the provider to deliver high-quality, compassionate customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Ensuring all visitors are prescreened and veterans are checked in / out properly on PS.
• Uploading results to appropriate vendor / PS portal resources for billing and medical records.
• Operating Fax Machines, Printers, Scanners, Copiers and, answering phones.
• Cooperates and communicates with the Lead MA in the clinic (if applicable) for areas affecting front office operations.
• Assists with the general housekeeping protocols in accordance with our Infection Control policies and guidelines.
• Ensuring proper organization and supply inventory for the front desk area.
• Assists with scanning and emailing EOD paperwork such as cleaning logs, accounting invoices, mail, etc. to management.
• Creating veteran charts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
