Clay Cooley Auto Group is actively seeking energetic and customer-focused Appointment Setters (BDC Agents) to assist in creating excellent initial impressions and setting appointments for our dealerships.
Appointment Setters are primarily responsible for managing incoming calls and internet leads, scheduling appointments, and following up with potential customers to drive traffic and sales at the dealership. These individuals must possess a passion for developing relationships and providing exceptional customer service!

Setting Appointments and Customer Requests:
- Manage numerous inbound/outbound calls and internet requests.
- Correspond with potential customers to address inquiries, provide additional information, and make appointments for the dealerships.
- Utilize the CRM software and lead management tools to update customers' information, complete extensive monitoring of customers' interests and manage the flow of inquiries.
- Contact internet leads and previous customers to originate and confirm appointments and resolve any remaining issues.
- Maintain communication with the teams at the dealerships to ensure smooth customer experience and efficient service appointments.
- Keep potential and current customers informed about company promotions and incentive programs.
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- General automotive product knowledge. Pay is based on experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, computer, and phone skills
- Knowledge of automotive CRM software is a bonus.
