Role Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and Collaborate
- Inspect malfunctioning equipment and accurately diagnose mechanical issues. The Service Technician will devise a repair plan, secure the necessary components with the Parts Department, and team up with management and other technicians to confirm efficient and effective service.
- Install, Repair, and Maintenance
- Install new equipment or systems and perform routine maintenance to guarantee optimal performance of the customer's vehicles.
- Customer Interaction and Problem Solving:
- Assist customers to understand their needs, explain diagnoses, and provide solutions to ensure service satisfaction. The Service Technician will trouble shoot and resolve issues effectively.
- Document and Report
- Document the repair and maintenance work performed. The Service Technician will note concerns encountered and create a detailed service report.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Strong understanding and knowledge of vehicle mechanics, equipment and systems, and technology operations. Pay is based on experience.
- Certifications, Licenses, and local registrations required for the position.
