Clay Cooley CJDR Collision Repair Center is seeking an experienced and skilled Body Shop Estimator to join our expanding and dynamic team! The Estimator's primary objective is to provide exceptional and successful customer experience while constructing estimates and coordinating repair procedures for the customers. This individual must be meticulously oriented and work efficiently to meet the demands of deadlines.

Role Responsibilities:
- Contact and conduct inquiries with customers, investigate damaged vehicles to assess the extent of structural, body, mechanical, and interior damage. The Body Shop Estimator will provide the customers with dependable and reliable information, guiding them through the repair process and providing them with exceptional service.
- Complete evaluation to examine the damage and work/repair orders to determine components and materials necessary. The Body Shop Estimator will calculate labor and painting expenses to determine the total cost of repairs.
- Examine the damage to vehicles, requesting what is necessary for repairs and parts replacement from the assessment. The Body Shop Estimator will evaluate the quality of restoration work with the Technicians. If necessary, return vehicles for additional work if they do not comply with the quality requirements.
- Communicate with insurance companies regarding the cost of repairs and payment obligations.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Advanced knowledge of vehicle mechanical procedures.
- Flexible hours and travel arrangements for transporting to various destinations.
- 3 years of estimator experience required. Pay is based on experience.
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
