Nissan of Irving is seeking a skilled, reliable, and self-motivated Parts Warehouse Receiving Representative to add to our dynamic team. This individual is responsible for checking in orders and assisting with the daily maintenance of the Parts Department.

Role Responsibilities:
- Helps with receivables and shipments of goods and ensures accuracy of morning parts orders and receivables.
- Supports the Parts Dispatcher in determining needs and collecting ordered parts for delivery. The Parts Receiving Representative creates and modifies purchase orders against the invoice, as necessary.
- Recognizes and maintains the flow of inbound and outbound materials to meet productivity goals and ensures the stable flow of materials in the supply chain. The Parts Receiving Representative maintains daily inventory counts for the Parts Department.
Employee Prerequisites:
- Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
- Stands, walks, or sits for a long period without resting. (Up to 5 hours) Must have the capability to leave up to 100 pounds.
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Prior Nissan parts training or experience is preferred. Pay based on experience.
