What are the responsibilities and job description for the House Supervisor/RN (PRN) position at Clay County Hospital?
Description
The house supervisor is housed in the ER where they will be responsible for leading teams in the absence of management, step in as ED nurse and Med / Surg nurse as needed, guide and direct staff, ensure care of patients and other duties as assigned.
Associate Degree in Nursing is required. Experienced RNs are preferred.
This position is a PRN role with a variety of shift coverage needed.
The CCH benefit package is not available to PRN employees, however, compensation will include a 5% increase in lieu of benefits.
