Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal representation for the State of Minnesota and Clay County in various matters, including criminal and civil cases
• Engage in legal research, writing, and analysis to support case preparation and litigation
• Collaborate with other attorneys, law enforcement agencies, and county departments to achieve shared goals and objectives
• Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve complex legal issues and disputes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• A license to practice law in the State of Minnesota or another jurisdiction
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
