Clay County Group Home personnel is responsible for managing the activities of daily living for residents by guiding, teaching, and correcting the residents according to the guidelines and policies of the program. The House Staff provides leadership for the residents, develops effective rapport, resolves problems, communicates clearly, and utilizes conflict resolution skills.The Clay County Juvenile Group Homes has openings with various shift assignments.Current full-time openings : Evenings (2 : 00 - 10 : 00 pm or 4 : 00 pm - 12 : 00 am)Overnights (12 : 00 - 8 : 00 am)Part-time evenings and weekends are also availableThe Group Home staff position is designated, at time of hire, as Deputy Juvenile Officer or Youth Specialist, by education level. Pay starts at $18.00 - $20.00 per hour based on position title.Minimum Qualifications :
- Youth Specialist - High School diploma
- Deputy Juvenile Officer - Bachelor Degree in Criminal Justice, Criminology, Psychology, Sociology, Social
- Work or a related human service field.
- Must have a valid driver's license and liability insurance.
Salary : $18 - $20
