Conducts investigations of alleged or suspected violations of public assistance laws, rules and regulations.Prepares welfare fraud cases to be submitted to the County Attorney’s Office for prosecution.Investigates and settles fraudulent case situations administratively according to MN State Statutes and the Intentional Program Violation Process.Maintain proper case records and effective case management systems.Perform related administrative functions.Other duties as assigned.
