What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Coordinator position at Clay Residential?
As Purchasing Coordinator for Clay Residential Development, you will be responsible for the pre-construction activities and support to the Construction team members for all to-be-built homes in your assigned area.
Responsibilities:
Some of the Purchasing Coordinator duties include, but are not limited:
· Order and track all plan orders for jobs starts.
· Prepare, submit and record all Permit and ACC packets.
· System entry for job start selections and options.
· Confirm community standards and features.
· Maintain cloud-based file storage for job starts.
· Create and update all purchase orders for job starts.
· Assist with the preparation and distribution of bid packages for communities and perform cost comparisons.
· Update any pricing revisions to system and purchase orders as needed.
Qualifications:
· Experience with Microsoft Office (e.g., Outlook, Word, Excel).
· Experience with Hyphen Solutions BRIX & BuildPro systems preferred.
· High School Degree or GED.
· At least one year of administrative or customer service experience.
· At least one year’s purchasing experience preferred.
