Responsibilities and Requirements:
- Prepare and bake a variety of food items, including rolls, biscuits, breads, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Prepare and cook meat dishes, vegetables, and other main dishes.
- Determine the correct quantity of food items for cooking and baking.
- Maintain high standards of food quality and safety.
- Serve food according to established guidelines and replenish serving containers as needed.
- Clean and sanitize the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and appliances.
- Provide training and work direction to others as needed.
- Possess basic math and cashiering skills.
- Be able to lift heavy objects and maintain routine records.
- Understand and follow oral and written directions.
- Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
- Meet schedules and time lines.
