Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated and organized Customer Service, Fulfillment, and Logistics Supervisor to oversee customer service operations, order fulfillment, and logistics for our self-distributing manufacturing company. This role ensures customer satisfaction, efficient order processing, and timely product delivery while maintaining compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Supervisor will lead a team responsible for supporting customers, coordinating shipments, and optimizing logistics processes to meet business goals..
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Daily Supervision of the customer service, fulfillment, and logistics team members.
- Develop and implement customer service best practices to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
- Oversee the order processing workflow for all company revenue channels, to ensure accurate and timely entry and fulfillment to customer orders.
- Supervise the customer service team to ensure prompt and professional responses to inquiries and issues.
- Coordinate with production, inventory control, and fulfillment teams to ensure orders are packed, labeled, and shipped according to schedule.
- Monitor order accuracy and address any discrepancies with customers or internal teams.
