Hours : 3 : 30 p.m. to 12 : 00 a.m.

Job Summary : We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Swing Shift Janitor. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of our warehouse facilities. This position requires a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in the janitorial field.

Duties / Responsibilities :

Perform daily cleaning of warehouse facilities, including bathrooms, break rooms, and common areas.
Perform routine inspections and address issues such as litter and debris.

Qualifications :

3-5 years of experience in janitorial tasks

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Excellent communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Comfortable working in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions.

Compensation and Benefits :

Competitive salary package and benefits ($18.00 - $22.00 / hr depending on experience level).

Schedule - 3 : 30 p.m. - 12 : 00 a.m. (M-F) with on call weekend support as needed
