What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Care Coordinator position at CLAYBROOKE DENTAL?
Our small (but very busy!) dental office is looking to add a Patient Care Coordinator to our front desk team. Primary duties:
- Greet and check-in patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Administrative support tasks, such as filing and organizing
- Check out patients and manage payments using iCore software (training will be provided!)
- Utilize EagleSoft software to manage patient information and scheduling (training will be provided!)
- Communicate with patients in a friendly and professional manner in person, as well as via email, text, and phone using Adit software (training will be provided!)
- Insurance verification and treatment planning (training will be provided!)
- Answer patient questions and address concerns professionally and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception & waiting room areas
Requirements:
- High school diploma required
- 1 year customer service experience required
- Medical and/or dental experience preferred
- Ability to work between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM Monday – Thursday, and occasional mandatory Friday meetings/trainings (approx. 4-8 times per calendar year).
- Proficiency in using computers and phone systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Maintaining a professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work well both independently and with a very close-knit team
- Receptive to feedback and coaching with a desire to learn and grow
- The ability to persist and persevere in difficult situations

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
