The Specifics of the Role
- Performs various aspects of architectural design as directed, including conceptual studies, program requirements, systems selection, and layout
- Prepares programming, schematic design, and design development and construction documents as directed
- Develops marketing and presentation materials in pursuit of business development opportunities and to advance various stages of project design
- Active involvement in experiential and other learning opportunities to develop skills necessary to assume more advanced roles within the firm
- Represents LJC in the community and civic events
- Practices LJCs core values of integrity, humility and fearlessness
- A bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in architecture and design
- Demonstrated competence with Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD/Revit, MS Office
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Our clients and projects are nationwide Travel will be required.

- The salary range for this position considers a wide range of factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: Education, qualifications, skills, training, experience, certifications, internal equity, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for the role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The Clayco Nationwide salary range for this position is approximately $62,500 - $75,000 /- annually (not adjusted for location).
