The Specifics of the Role
- Lead the development and management of IT budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
- Monitor financial performance, identify variances, and take corrective action as needed.
- Oversee procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and contract management.
- Evaluate and enhance vendor performance and strategic sourcing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the CIO and executive team to ensure alignment of IT spending with business strategy.
- Provide strategic guidance on technology investments and financial risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement of financial and procurement processes using analytics and best practices.
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and procurement professionals, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10 years of progressive experience in IT financial management, procurement, or a similar function.
- Proven leadership at the director or senior management level, with a track record of strategic and operational success.
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, and procurement best practices.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with IT financial frameworks, software licensing, and contract compliance.
- Our clients and projects are nationwide Travel will be required.
