Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related
- 15 years of experience managing construction projects ($50 million) ideally Design / Build
- Proven Project leadership on large scale data center type projects
- Highly entrepreneurial, self-motivated, honest, and client savvy
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology
- History of developing independent employees and maintaining subcontractor relationships
- Team first attitude
