- Create project designs and plans for all phases of projects.
- Develop solutions and create project designs and plans.
- Initiates and creates project designs and plans for all phases of one or more projects.
- Responsible for preparing presentations and design drawings.
- Facilitate design efforts from the predesign phase, through schematic design and to completion of the design development phase.
- Establish project definition, programming, budgeting, and master plan concepts for educational projects consistent with the School District's long-range programs and needs.
- Collaborate and develop specific concepts for complex design problems incorporating code compliance and state educational guidelines.
- Provide expert guidance and innovative solutions to meet client needs.
- Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Proficient in working with industry-standard software including REVIT, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Lumion, Enscape, and Microsoft Office.
