Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough quality inspections on incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with manufacturing standards.
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established quality management systems to enhance product reliability, by ensuring adherence to quality assurance protocols.
- Collect and analyze data from inspections and audits to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to fabricate solutions for identified quality issues.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, audits, and corrective actions taken.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on quality control processes.
Qualifications
- Strong background in manufacturing processes and quality inspection techniques.
- Proficient in quality audits, quality control, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent analysis skills for data collection methods for effective analysis and interpretation, to assist in making informed decisions based on findings.
- Proven experience in quality control or assurance roles, within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of quality management principles and practices, including QA/QC methodologies.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are essential for maintaining high-quality standards.
