Job Title: Secondary Operations Assembler and Operator

Job Summary: To consistently and efficiently produce good product within time standards and to inform lead or supervisor of problems. Track and record all production information accurately. Follow all company policies regarding safety, procedures, cleanliness, and policies.
Supervisory Responsibilities:

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Follow all safety policies, position procedures, and company policies.
- Effectively and efficiently assemble, trim, pad print, package, and operate 2nd ops equipment,
- Report higher scrap rates or issues to Lead and/or Supervisor.
- Perform in-cycle trimming, assembly, de-gating, clipping, and various operations required at the machines.
- Visual inspection as defined on Inspection Documentation (Inspection Criteria Sheets and Drawings)
- Accurately package, label, and count parts.
- Accurately record all related production information on production Work Order Packets and scrap documents.
- Accurately label boxes/bags of product
- Keep production environment clean and safe following all position and 6S requirements.
- Track, maintain, and report issues regarding all company provided supplies and tooling assigned.
- Monitor material and subcomponent levels associated with production run and request additional needs as required.
- Use of IQMS as position requires (MRP Software) per company policies.
- Assis in other departments as required, which includes molding machines.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Fast learner
Education and Experience:
- Minimum- High school or equivalent.
- Production Line experience preferred.
